Born
in Queens, New York, Attorney Chacharone was raised in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts
where he attended St. John's High School. He received a B.S. in Accounting
from Lehigh University and earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University
School of Law. As a member of the Massachusetts and Worcester County
Bar Associations, Attorney Chacharone maintains a general practice assisting
individuals, families and small businesses. Moreover, he is admitted
to practice in the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.
In 2000, Attorney Chacharone appeared and argued before the Massachusetts
Supreme Judicial Court in a case of first impression relating to the
admissibility of sleep talk. In 2006 and 2007, Attorney Chacharone was
listed in Boston Magazine as a "Massachusetts Rising Star"
in a poll of his peers by Law and Politics. Only 2.5% of Lawyers under
40 are selected as Rising Stars. In addition to golf and skiing, Attorney
Chacharone enjoys coaching his children's youth sports teams.
